Welcome to Alliance Precision Sports Paintball Park, where your team will “Unleash the Hero from Within.” Discover an exhilarating blend of fun, team-building, and professional development tailored to connect your team on a deeper level. This dynamic team experience will build communication, trust, and collaboration.
With a People First approach, Michael Hernandez and his team will provide the coaching and practical ideas for teams to collaborate and connect with each other on and off the field.
TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE
Our unique team building program incorporates games and activities focused on improving workplace relationships and team dynamics. Through engaging non-traditional games and paintball challenges, participants will:

- Learn how to connect with teammates on a human level, appreciating how we are more alike than different.
- Understand the value of working with people, not titles, enhancing interpersonal connections.
- Improve communication, providing clarity and confidence in team interactions.
- Learn new skills to create a more effective and cohesive team.
- Embrace movement to continuously improve team performance.
- Debrief and reflect on how these skills directly apply to workplace success.
ITINERARY: 2-HOUR
HERO’S TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE
1.
Welcome & Introduction
(15 min)
Meet at the Urban Hero Hub for an overview of the experience. Begin with ice-breaker activities to connect team members and set the tone.
2.
Team-Building Games
(20 min)
Engage in a series of non-traditional team-building games, highlighting communication, trust, and unity. Learn the importance of viewing teammates as people, not roles.
3.
Paintball Challenge:
The Hero’s Battle
(65 min)
Gear up at the Hero’s Armory and take the field for an epic paintball adventure! Keep score of team performance as you tackle challenges that mirror workplace scenarios.
4.
Debrief & Reflection
(20 min)
Gather in the Hero’s Haven to reflect on what was learned. Discuss how communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking can be applied back in the workplace.

OUR POLICY TERMS
Due to high demand, we have certain terms. Once a booking is created, the equipment for your reservation is held in the system. That means no one else can reserve that equipment. See the fine print bellow
- All groups require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The deposit goes towards the total balance due.
- Reschedule - you must contact us 48 hours prior to your start time to reschedule your booking. No additional fee required, deposit carries over to the new booking.
- Cancellations - you must contact us 7 days prior to your start time to cancel your booking and get a full refund on your deposit.
- 10 or more players are required for a group.
- Every player must use APS field paintballs only.
- Every player must sign a waiver prior to play. Players under the age of 18 must have it signed by a parent or legal guardian in order to play.
